Fatty liver grading - mild, moderate or severe, Very simple.  How on earth can a liver patient improve if they don't know what the starting point is ?

Say you get the radiologist to grade your steatosis next time, 6 months later "Grade one fatty liver". Have you improved  your Ultrasound appearances? Who knows, because your didn't get a starring point.

You can't talk to the radiologist.

Your liver specialist may not  want to embarrass the radiologist because there's not many radiologists in your city. Society of Radiologists please respond.
