100 million Americans and 7 million Australians have fatty liver disease

Is your weight spinning out of control?

Are weight loss drugs the answer ?

Tried Ozempic? Did you lose weight? Any side effects?

Sometimes its easy to go for the quick fix. There are many weight loss drugs your GP can prescribe to you. Talk to your doctor. They may work for you. But there are many possible side effects.

Did you know that all Americans in the eighties were told by the US drug administration to eat less fat and more carbyhodrates, to lose weight ? No joke.

That's because carbs provides 17 kJ of energy  per gram and fats provide 34 kJ per gram. So eat more carbs, right ?  Sounds right, doesn't it? Ask your GP - why not to eat  excessive refined carbs?

    Wrong

Carbohydrates can contribute to weight gain when you consume more calories from them than your body burns, leading to a caloric surplus that the body stores as fat. High-carb diets, especially those with refined or high-sugar options, can cause blood sugar spikes, trigger insulin release, and may lead to overeating, further increasing calorie intake. While some carbs are stored as glycogen for immediate energy, any excess is converted into fat for storage.

We now know that certain carbs are good carbs containing  high fibre, vitamins and minerals. They are not your starchy vegetables such as potatoes. Diets should be tailor made to your own situation. Sweet potato may be considered a superfood for some, but not suitable for some type 2 diabetes patients.

Your GP should be able to explain all that to you. You can also can read about it in the book. The book is not individual medical advice, but for discussion purposes only.

There is no medical licence required to give  advice on food. Did you know that ?

    Anyone can provide food advices.

Did you know that accredited dieticians are not licenced doctors and cannot give medical  advice?

You may want to ask your dietician a few things -

Have they proven that  patients with liver disease that have had reversal of blood tests and Ultrasound apearances to normal by using their specific diet? If nit, why not?

If you are a dietician and you have proof of improements by your diet plans, pleas email me. I am  waiting.

Do each of the dietician's meals list all the Nutrition Information Panel numbers ?

I would be concerned if the Dietician can't answer those questions.

More info in the 650 page book, which includes hundreds of medical studies and videos, medical and natural ways to restore your liver ans associated conditions.

To assess your fatty liver your GP must assess 5 different conditions at the same time !

The liver is hardest to assess. That's why I have spent 3000  hours research on it and also gained valuable information along the way as a patient.

Your GP is obliged to manage your diabetes, cholesterol and diabetes at the same time as fatty liver. They have no choice. It's standard medical protocol

The  thing is that if your liver disease is serious,  then the GP must refer you to a liver specialist.

Your  GP is not allowed to offer you liverspecialist  advice. Complicated, isn't it?

At least your GP can order the blood numbers and order some scans. Then refer you to a liver specialist
