Ask yourself -
1. Is there a full list of nutritional information for each meal ,like saturated fats, sodium, preservatives, fake sugars?
2. Which meal can reduce liver enzymes ?
3. Which meal is good for the your blood cells ?
4. Which meal is good for your own health condition?
5. Have any of the foods been medically priven to improve blood tests, reduce Fibroscan scores and Ultrasound appearances?

There are a a few scans that can give you evidence of your fat content. We all aim, as patients, to reduce fat levels in the liver to 5%.. I have personally reduced my fat content from 33% to 5%. Read my story in the book.
